The XRP Ledger’s fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment regained a validator majority on October 21 after an earlier countdown failed. It could activate no earlier than November 4, if support stays above 80% for two continuous weeks. The earlier October 23 expectation no longer applies.
At an October 24 snapshot, 32 of 35 trusted validators supported it, but validators can change their positions. November 4 is a conditional window, not an exact activation time, because decisions are processed at ledger checkpoints. The amendment contains technical fixes across several ledger features; it does not mean a new lending service has launched.
