• Gala Games will sunset The Walking Dead: Empires on July 31, 2025.
• The game, based on Ethereum NFTs, was in open beta since late 2021.
• NFT holders will receive Gala NFTs of “equal functionality” as compensation.
• Some NFTs previously sold for up to $67,000 during the NFT bull market.
• Holders as of April 29 will receive mystery boxes with items based on their NFT type and rarity.

The Walking Dead: Empires, an Ethereum-based NFT game by Gala Games, will end on July 31, 2025. As compensation, existing NFT holders will receive new Gala NFTs of similar functionality.
