Keel Infrastructure, formerly Bitfarms, said it sold 2,520 bitcoin for $192 million in the quarter ended September 30, 2026. That included its entire 2,261-bitcoin treasury and 259 bitcoin produced by its remaining mines; it held a nominal amount of bitcoin at quarter-end. Keel plans to sell bitcoin from its Quebec mines daily, but continues to operate mining equipment in Canada.
Quarterly revenue fell to $28 million from $68 million a year earlier, and Keel reported a $62 million loss from continuing operations. The company reported about $780 million in unrestricted cash liquidity as of November 4 and expects its first AI data center revenue in 2027. It has not announced major long-term AI leases.
