NIP Group announced on October 20, 2026, that it had signed an agreement to acquire operational bitcoin mining machines with about 4.47 EH/s of capacity. The deal would raise its installed capacity to about 13.85 EH/s, but it remains subject to closing conditions. NIP Group expects it to close within 10 business days after those conditions are met.
At full deployment, the company expects to mine about 195 BTC a month, up from its previous target of 160 BTC. Actual output will depend on network difficulty, global hashrate and operating conditions. NIP Group said it would pay for the equipment with up to 247.1 million Class A ordinary shares, valuing the deal at up to $27.3 million.
