OKX published its 49th proof-of-reserves report, showing customer bitcoin balances of 156,609 BTC in its Nov. 1 snapshot, up 9.66% from Oct. 3. The snapshot does not show how much bitcoin arrived after the Binance hack. Customer ether balances rose 2.95% to 1.92 million ETH, while USDT balances fell 9% to 7.96 billion tokens.
Binance CEO Yi He said users can check a zero-knowledge proof for 10 tokens in its Oct. 31 snapshot to verify that their balances are backed at least 1:1. Binance plans to take fresh reserve snapshots on Nov. 4, 2026.
