Following the sale, Strive plans to eliminate the remaining $10 million in debt by April 2026, ahead of schedule, while ensuring that all bitcoin holdings are unencumbered.

With this recent acquisition and debt reduction strategy, Strive has solidified its position as the tenth largest public corporate holder of bitcoin, significantly enhancing its financial stability and asset base.
