Bitcoin ETFs Surge: $1.1 Billion Inflows, All-Time High

This week, U.S. Bitcoin ETFs experienced a significant influx of $1.1 billion, pushing Bitcoin ETF holdings to an all-time high of 888,607 BTC. This surge in interest has helped stabilize Bitcoin’s price, despite extensive Bitcoin liquidations by the German government. The total global Bitcoin ETF holdings now stand at a record 1,051,569 BTC.

Notably, the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have witnessed six consecutive days of inflows, marking the best weekly performance since May. BlackRock’s IBIT led with $523 million in inflows, followed by Fidelity’s FBTC with $356 million. This brings BlackRock IBIT’s total assets under management (AUM) to over $18.2 billion, while Fidelity’s FBTC is nearing $10 billion.

Hong Kong Bitcoin ETFs also saw record holdings, accumulating 4,941 BTC. These inflows have absorbed the selling pressure from the German government’s Bitcoin liquidation, indicating strong institutional demand for regulated Bitcoin products.

This development underscores the increasing institutional confidence in Bitcoin ETFs and their role in stabilizing the cryptocurrency market.
