Strategy announced on October 12, 2026, that it had bought 250 Bitcoin for $21.5 million, funded by MSTR at-the-market offerings and USD cash. It said the purchase brought its holdings to 848,250 Bitcoin, acquired for almost $64 billion at an average of $75,444 per coin.
Strategy also reported repurchasing $192.4 million of STRC preferred stock. It said $354.8 million remained available under its digital credit securities repurchase program, while $1.0 billion was still authorized for MSTR common-stock buybacks. MSTR shares were up 0.56% in premarket trading on Monday, according to the report.
