Glassnode reported that Bitcoin beat the S&P 500 on returns in 50% of US trading sessions over a rolling 90-session period. That ended a long stretch in which Bitcoin lost more sessions than it won, but its win rate has not risen above 50% since March 2025. Glassnode said a move above 50% that holds would indicate renewed strength against stocks.
Separately, Capriole Investments said the S&P 500 gained an average of 10.7% in the three months after the seven midterm elections since 1922 in which Democrats won both chambers of Congress under a Republican president. The historical figure excludes this year’s vote and does not establish what stocks will do next.
