Strive disclosed in an October 26, 2026, SEC filing that it bought 6,182 bitcoin between October 17 and October 23 at an average price of about $82,732 per coin, including fees. It said the purchases raised its holdings from 36,818 to 43,000 BTC. Those figures cover the transaction period, not a live inventory.
Strive also reported that cash and cash equivalents rose from $317.5 million to $504.4 million over the reporting interval, alongside changes to its share count and preferred instruments. A separate prospectus supplement described a programme allowing it to sell up to $1 billion of 15-percent Series A Perpetual SATS preferred stock over time; it did not say that amount had been raised. The larger bitcoin holding alone does not show whether existing shareholders’ claim on the assets improved.
