Bitcoin traded near $84,500, up 2.5% over 24 hours, after a mid-October slide below $80,000. The report does not give an unambiguous calendar date for the trading figures.
The rebound had not confirmed a stronger trend. The analysis said Bitcoin would need a daily close above $84,726, ideally with a rise in a trend-strength indicator, to support a move higher. A close below $81,603 would instead put lower price levels in focus. Traders on Myriad put the odds of Bitcoin touching $87,500 in October at 31%, down from 45% on Oct. 12.
