Bitcoin Leads JPMorgan’s Ten-Year Forecast Across Assets

JPMorgan Asset Management put Bitcoin at the top of its expected-return rankings in its 2027 Long-Term Capital Market Assumptions report, forecasting a 10% annual compound return over 10 to 15 years. This is a projection, not a measured return, and the newsletter says it is Bitcoin’s first appearance in the report.

JPMorgan’s forecast also puts Bitcoin’s annualized volatility at 55%, compared with 18% for stocks. The newsletter reports that REITs rank second for expected compound return at 8.2%, followed by small caps at 7.7% and U.S. large caps at 7.5%.
