Degen Chain Resumes Post-Outage Stabilization

Degen Chain, an Ethereum layer-3 blockchain, experienced a two-day outage starting May 12, impacting several decentralized applications and bridges. The network, vital for its role in expanding Ethereum’s scalability, resumed operations thanks to Conduit’s efforts in resynchronizing nodes. Despite being operational, block indexing is still in progress, with a current completion rate of 95%. This incident highlights the challenges and importance of layer-3 networks in the blockchain ecosystem. Conduit’s update suggests a commitment to transparency and stability, marking a significant step towards reliable layer-3 solutions.
