StockFi said it plans to start with one U.S. stock offering as it develops a platform for stock tokens on BSC. It did not give a launch date or say the offering, token issuance or trading services are available.
The company plans to develop stock sourcing, custody and issuance arrangements with service providers, then add trading access, wallet connections and a DApp in stages as products and partnerships progress. It also plans to explore trading pairs between stock tokens and selected MEME projects; it said the tokens’ uses and holder rights will be explained separately.
