Intel, Oracle, IBM Oppose OKX-ICE Tokenized-Stock Venue

Intel, Oracle, IBM and IonQ joined the companies objecting to trading of their shares on the planned OKXICE TSV platform, according to a notice dated October 26, 2026. The list grew from nine companies on October 15 to 26, but the notices do not explain the objections or say whether they would prevent the shares from trading.

OKXICE TSV plans to offer approved users round-the-clock trading in tokenized U.S. stocks. Users would have to pass identity and sanctions checks. The notice says it is uncertain whether tokenized shares held in self-custodied wallets would count as customer property or receive Securities Investor Protection Corporation coverage if the tokenizer’s broker-dealer failed.
