Tesla, SpaceX, Amazon and three other companies objected to trading third-party tokenized versions of their shares on OKXICE TSV, according to the venue’s November 2, 2026 notice. The additions brought the number of objecting companies to 56, up from nine on October 15. The venue is planned; the notice does not say it has begun trading.
Under the SEC’s exemption, a company’s written objection within 30 days bars that venue from offering a version of its shares tokenized by an unaffiliated third party. The objection applies only to that venue and does not prevent OKXICE TSV from listing shares tokenized by the issuer itself. Users would have to pass identity and sanctions checks to trade.
