Binance finance chief Kaiser Ng is leaving to pursue a new venture, according to a statement from co-CEO Yi He obtained by Reuters. Yi He said a transition plan had been in place for the past half year. Justin Yek, formerly vice-president of finance at Airwallex, will replace Ng, according to the report.
