Kraken added USDG deposits and withdrawals on Arbitrum One on October 29 for eligible customers. USDG was already available to trade; this is a new funding route, not a new listing.
Kraken says Paxos issues this version of USDG natively on Arbitrum, so customers using the supported route do not need to bridge an Ethereum token first. That does not change how other transfers between Arbitrum and Ethereum work. The new route does not, by itself, show that applications have adopted USDG or that payment demand has grown.
