Tokenized Treasury Collateral Linked to Lending, Margin

ZeroBeta and Lynq announced a collateral integration on October 27 that would let eligible tokenized Treasury holdings support institutional borrowing and trading while continuing to accrue interest. ZeroBeta’s BlueShift manages risk terms and margin monitoring; Lynq holds the collateral and carries out pledge or release instructions through locks on its Avalanche-based network.

Pledged holdings remain committed to the obligation they support and are not freely available for other uses. The announcement does not establish that clients will earn a net return: borrowing rates, collateral requirements and fees affect the result. It also does not show whether the arrangement is being used in recurring financing or margin transactions.
