Galaxy Digital reported $323 million in net income for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, reversing an $85 million second-quarter loss. Adjusted EBITDA was $455 million. Investment gains accounted for much of the improvement, while its data center division’s adjusted gross profit rose to $79 million; the digital assets division still recorded a $9 million adjusted EBITDA loss.
Galaxy said its board approved another $200 million share buyback on Oct. 26, after the company completed a previous $200 million program. At its Texas data center campus, the next phase is under construction, and Galaxy expects to begin delivering additional data halls in the second quarter of 2027. It is seeking tenants for another 830 megawatts of approved capacity that remains unleased.
