Grayscale Advances Bittensor ETF Listing Plans

Grayscale filed a second amendment to its Form S-1 for a proposed Bittensor ETF, according to the cited US SEC filing. The filing says the trust intends to list under Generic Listing Standards for commodity-based trust shares once TAO meets the eligibility criteria. The ETF will not trade until the exchange approves it, and staking plans remain under consideration.

The source reported that TAO rose more than 3% before paring its gains, trading in a $245–$255 range over the past 24 hours. It attributed traders’ response to the filing announcement and other developments, without isolating the filing’s effect.
