Hong Kong-based RedotPay is considering a confidential filing for a US initial public offering by the end of 2026, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. No filing was reported. The stablecoin payments company is also in talks with investors about a possible pre-IPO funding round that could value it at $4 billion to $5 billion.
Bloomberg previously reported that RedotPay had delayed its listing plans amid regulatory hurdles and legal disputes involving Binance. RedotPay disputed that account, saying there had been no deferral of its IPO. Binance-affiliated companies sued RedotPay’s founders in August, seeking nearly $473 million over allegations that they used confidential information to build a competing business and divert customers; RedotPay has denied the allegations.
