Coinbase reported $719 million in net income for the third quarter of 2026, or $2.51 per diluted share, against analysts’ expectation of a loss. About $715 million came from gains on crypto it holds as an investment. Excluding those and other investment gains, adjusted net income was $78 million.
Revenue was $1.22 billion, in line with estimates and flat from the previous quarter, but down 35% from a year earlier. Coinbase said prediction markets exceeded $200 million in annualized revenue; that figure is a run rate, not revenue earned during the quarter.
