Strategy shareholders approved amendments on October 28, 2026, to allow daily dividend accruals on its STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD preferred shares. Chairman Michael Saylor said preliminary results showed 99.3% of votes cast in favor. The changes still require amended governing documents to be filed and take effect.
Strategy plans to start daily dividends for STRC on November 1, 2026, with the first cash payment expected November 2. The other three shares are scheduled to switch on January 1, 2027. Weekend and holiday payments may be combined on the next business day, and Strategy cautioned that dividend treatment may vary by trading venue, clearing arrangement and brokerage policy. It expects about $1 per STRC share to be paid during November at a 12% annualized rate.
