JPMorgan Chase, AMD, Coca-Cola, Applied Materials, Adobe, Dell Technologies and Sandisk objected to tokenized versions of their shares trading on OKXICE’s planned 24/7 venue, according to a revised notice dated October 27, 2026. That brings the list to 33 companies, up from 26 in the previous notice. All seven were among the 63 tickers OKXICE initially listed for trading.
Under the SEC exemption described in the source, a company’s written objection within 30 calendar days keeps a token created by an unaffiliated third party off the venue. The revised notice gives no reasons for the objections and no launch date. It also warns that smart-contract upgrades may take effect without advance notice to participants.
