Visser Labs founder Jordi Visser told Cointelegraph that cryptocurrencies could offer better returns from the AI boom than AI stocks. He expects AI agents to increase demand for crypto payments and tokenized assets, but said a severe AI downturn that drags down stocks could also push crypto prices back toward recent lows.
Visser said he has broadened his holdings beyond Bitcoin, Ether and Solana, while Bitcoin remains his largest position. He also tracks an equally weighted index of 42 tokens and four stocks that he says has outperformed Bitcoin since June; he plans to hold all its constituents.
