BitGo announced BitGo Labs on October 21, 2026, as a unit to develop applications and publish research, prototypes and reference implementations. Its initial focus is AI and crypto.
The launch includes Gokubu, a consumer financial app with an AI-assisted card, a personalized financial assistant and automated rewards features. BitGo says the app is live and accepts registrations, but its announcement does not fully explain fees, where users are eligible or the terms of every advertised benefit. BitGo’s claims about future uses of crypto infrastructure do not establish that these applications have generated material revenue or reached a particular scale.
