Mirae Asset Securities’ Hong Kong unit announced that it completed an issuance of tokenized funding notes on Solana for eligible institutional investors. The six-month US dollar floating-rate notes were issued under its $3 billion Guaranteed Structured Note Programme, with Marketnode as an authorized distributor. The $3 billion figure is the programme ceiling, not the size of this sale, which was not disclosed.
The notes were not offered to unrestricted retail investors. Mirae said it used in-house technology for issuance, payments and other processes over the notes’ life. The announcement did not disclose the specific coupon or investor identities, or provide evidence of a secondary market; Marketnode’s role does not establish that holders can readily resell the notes.
