Noble USDC holders face new migration phase

Circle’s published schedule says burn limits for legacy CCTP V1 routes begin falling on October 31, ahead of a general legacy-contract pause on December 1. The schedule does not say every route reaches a zero limit on October 31. CCTP V2 uses separate contracts and APIs and is not backward compatible with V1.

Circle separately plans to pause Noble’s USDC contract and remaining CCTP routes on January 12, 2027; Noble will not receive V2 support. Circle warns that after December 1, Noble exits may be limited to destinations still supporting V1, so the January pause date does not guarantee every route stays open until then. Circle says it will snapshot remaining Noble balances on the pause date, with manual redemption starting the following day subject to eligibility and compliance requirements.
