NYSE Adds Four Transfer Agents to Planned Tokenized Venue

The New York Stock Exchange said on November 2 that Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti and Superstate had joined the network supporting its proposed tokenized securities venue. The venue is not a fully operating public marketplace; launch requires further steps, including regulatory approval.

The announcement does not mean retail customers can immediately buy every listed stock as a 24-hour token, or that shareholder rights will be identical under every arrangement. An issuer-sponsored tokenized security is distinct from a synthetic token that tracks a stock price without representing a company share. Broadridge separately described plans to provide on-chain governance services.
