Ferrari Accepts Crypto Payments in Europe

Luxury sports car maker Ferrari is expanding its crypto payment options across Europe by the end of July, responding to demands from its wealthy clientele. This move follows the successful launch of crypto payments in the U.S. less than a year ago.

Most European dealers are adopting the new payment system, which accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USD Circle (USDC). These assets are automatically converted into fiat during transactions. Ferrari’s Chief Marketing Officer, Enrico Galliera, noted that this aligns with the company’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint through new technologies and renewable energy.

Unlike Tesla, which suspended Bitcoin payments due to environmental concerns, Ferrari continues to innovate in the crypto space. The strategic rollout of crypto payments to international dealers by the end of 2024 highlights Ferrari’s focus on meeting evolving customer needs and embracing digital assets.
