Bybit Removed from France’s Regulatory Blacklist
- Bybit was on France’s regulatory blacklist for over two years.
- The Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF) has confirmed Bybit is no longer blacklisted.
- Bybit had ceased offering products to French nationals after a warning in May.
- The exchange aims to obtain a Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) license.
- Bybit recently secured a license in India after paying a $1 million fine.
After more than two years of remediation efforts, Bybit is officially removed from the AMF blacklist. The exchange now seeks to obtain a MiCA license to operate across European Economic Area nations.
