Evernorth Holdings established a share-sale arrangement on Oct. 23, 2026, and filed to register up to 5,218,935 shares for potential resale by Cantor. Evernorth estimated it could receive about $80.7 million gross, or up to $78.3 million net over roughly 14 months, if all the shares sell at the Oct. 22 closing price of $15.46. Actual funding depends on future share prices, use of the facility, registration becoming effective and other conditions being met.
Evernorth said it intends to buy more XRP, but management can also direct proceeds to acquisitions, XRP ecosystem activities or working capital. Its $521,893.50 upfront commitment fee is nonrefundable even if Cantor buys no shares. A separate warrant exercise could provide about $106.8 million, but only if holders choose to exercise their rights.
