Santiment reported that 7,934 new XRP wallets were created on Nov. 1, 2026, the sixth-highest daily total that year. The count measures new addresses, not distinct new users; people moving assets into self-custody could also create wallets.
Santiment said a recent Binance breach may have prompted some of the activity, but did not establish a link. It said XRP’s price outlook would become more constructive if daily new-wallet growth stayed above roughly 4,000 and XRP regained $1.30. Binance said customer balances were fully backed, but that assurance was separate from customers’ ability to withdraw during a suspension.
