Anthropic filed a Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Oct. 26 for a proposed initial public offering. It plans to list Class A shares on Nasdaq under ANT, but its share count, offering price and final valuation are undecided. The filing is not yet effective, so shares cannot be sold and purchase offers cannot be accepted.
Synthetic futures on crypto exchanges implied a valuation of about $1.86 trillion to $1.88 trillion on Oct. 25–26, but they are not Anthropic shares and rely on assumptions that vary by venue. Neither that figure nor a lower $1.61 trillion pre-IPO estimate is an official valuation. Polymarket traders gave the $1.75 trillion to $2 trillion range the highest probability, 26%, for Anthropic’s first-day closing market capitalization.
