Apple and Meta joined the companies objecting to OKX and ICE’s planned tokenized stock venue in a notice dated November 5, 2026. Their addition means all seven “Magnificent Seven” companies have objected, bringing the list to 67.
Under the SEC’s innovation exemption, a company’s written objection within 30 days of notice prevents that venue from offering a third-party tokenized version of its stock. The objection does not apply to other venues. Coinbase, Robinhood and Strategy are not on the list, but it is unclear whether OKXICE notified them; the venue has not listed the tokens it plans to offer.
