Aztec rolled out its Tierra upgrade, also called Alpha V6, saying it fixes a critical vulnerability found in the previous version and adds security hardening. Aztec said private transactions now generate client-side proofs in about one second on a standard device, twice as fast as before. It said a new architecture cuts Ethereum-to-Aztec message delivery from an average of two minutes to as little as 12 seconds.
The upgrade arrives alongside private apps for payments, trading, AI and social use, including the revived zk.money app. Aztec says faster messaging lets zk.money users deposit directly from any Ethereum wallet without complex bridging.
