The SEC has renamed its enforcement group to “Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit,” reducing its size from nearly 50 members to about 30 specialists. This change marks a shift in focus under Acting Chairman Mark Uyeda, with Laura D’Allaird leading the new team.
